We provide all-inclusive services in exhibition participation:
- we negotiate the best possible location for the customer’s stand and also reserve the required area for the stand
- we design and build stands
- we supply the necessary technology: AV equipment, Internet connections, electricity, water, etc.
- we provide graphics and decorations for the stand
- we arrange catering services, interpreters, cleaners and auxiliary staff
- we organize advertising, press conferences, seminars, evening receptions, joint transportation and travelling
- we take care of project management and overall scheduling
- Arvelin International’s services are available for customers during the exhibition
- we can apply for an internationalization subsidy from the Ministry of Employment and the Economy on behalf of the participating companies, if required conditions are met
